Sharing my love with you!

It’s the feast of St. Valentine, and even though the West has turned it into a Hallmark holiday with fantasy expectations, at its root, the message remains.

Love burns; it transforms. We ignite love and feel how it does its work. The media and popular culture fixate our attention on the outer experience, but we are only changed and transformed from within.

A few things I’ve learned over the last ten years of learning to Love Being Human:

Love is not a feeling. It’s an alchemy, a blaze of fire. Love is generative power; it gives you life. Igniting a fire within you is the sole intention of my teachings and offerings.
We don’t earn love. We don’t do it right or wrong. We accept the love we’re already swimming in. That’s why the first few years of this experience were about turning inward. It’s where I started and where I’ve consistently seen my clients and students turn their attention. Self. Self-compassion and self-awareness.
Better begins within you.

Half a century into the school of life, I’ve advanced to another level. I’m a Crone, accepting my Don, and only through consistent experiences over the years am I confident in my skills and the peace and healing that transmutes when I’m in my vibe.

I hope that blaze, that illumination from within, shines in service.
