This new moon invites us to begin again.
Give yourself a fresh start.
The Year of the Ox also invites ease, limitless creativity, and possibilities.
I hope you explore and experience these gifts in your life over the new lunar year.
If you’re eager to do that in community you’re invited to journey with us as we transition from Winter to Spring (on this side of the hemisphere). Learn more at https://www.withinuniversity.com
This experiential learning journey will be from Feb 17th – April 3rd. It coincides intentionally with the Catholic tradition of Lent and my friends who know about the stars tell me that these dates also align in a special way with astrology.
I’ve found that following the cycles on the moon are more true to my current nature so I guide the Within (U) community and myself within this slow, nurturing, feminine energy that allows us to unfold as we learn and grow together.
If this aligns with you I invite you to connect with me to set your intention for the experience and then join me in the group for the season. Simply reply to coordinate a conversation with me or visit this link to coordinate a call: https://viviancarrasco.as.me/Metanoia
This experience will guide you to open to a new way of being instead of focusing your energy on figuring out what to do next. You’ll learn tools to help you move towards a deeper and more personal way of experiencing what you “should” be doing.
This may be for you if you’re deciding what direction you want to go or simply asking yourself what you want to do, now.
Upcoming:
I’m hosting a live interactive experience via my YouTube Channel this afternoon to help you recommit to your goals and yourself. I’ll be sharing my own life lessons and personal process for setting goals.
How to achieve your goals: Starting again after a New Year’s Resolution failure
Join me in real-time or pop a note in the comments and let me know you watched the #replay.
Personal Practice:
Often poetry can be a gateway to insight. I invite you to experience this poem by the Spanish poet Antonio Machado in the language of your choice.
“Caminante, son tus huellas el camino, y nada más; caminante, no hay camino, se hace camino al andar. Al andar se hace camino, y al volver la vista atrás se ve la senda que nunca se ha de volver a pisar. Caminante, no hay camino, sino estelas en la mar.”
Wanderer, your footsteps are the road, and nothing more; wanderer, there is no road, the road is made by walking. By walking one makes the road, and upon glancing behind one sees the path that never will be trod again. Wanderer, there is no road– Only wakes upon the sea.
If you’re in a transitional phase of life and you’re looking for a deeper and more purposeful personal journey or you may be asking yourself these kinds of questions,
Who am I?
What direction do I want to go?
What am I here for?
What do I want to do?
Remember that the path will not simply appear in front of you with clarity.
Confidence won’t simply be there one day.
Your courage doesn’t grow without walking your own path.
The walking (taking action daily) makes the journey. I’m fond of saying that we verb through our nouns.
May Peace be With You All Ways,
Vivi
