I didn’t always understand this. I used to believe that something different, something more, or something better was going to fill me up. I finally faced the cultural lie that being what I was supposed to be, do, and have was going to make me feel fully alive.
The change I was seeking had to start with me. When I turned my focus inward, nothing on the outside had changed, but my whole world was different.
You’ve probably noticed that change is hard.
It’s really tough to shift into what is new and different. Time and resources are limited. Not everyone can go to a 10-day meditation retreat or invest in high-quality therapy or coaching.
There’s a gap between what we can do completely on our own, without help or guidance, and what we can do when given training wheels to help us learn a new skill.
This is what my program Magna Fi can offer you.
You can’t apply the problem-solving mode of mind (subtractive, logical, judgmental) to your inner world. In Magna Fi I will teach you how to shift and settle into the deep, meaningful marrow of your life and learn to appreciate the process.
If you’re ready to rest, create space, and enjoy your life in the moment by expanding your awareness and your capacity to take a different perspective, Magna Fi is the tool and gift I bring to my students.
I know at my deepest level that the change you’re looking for and wanting isn’t going to happen from outside of you.
Cultivating that seed of change only happens from within.
Open your heart and change your mind through a deliberate spiritual practice and courageous presence.
I’ll teach you how.
If you know that who you want to be or what you want to bring into the world is right, even if it’s hard and you’re unclear on exactly how to get there…Magna Fi could be for you.
If it’s not about quitting for you but instead about finding more faith and courage so that you can look for, see, and then take the next step—then choose this. We’ll work together for the next 3 full moons.
It would be my honor to be your teacher and mentor on your journey home.
My love all ways,
Vivi
