The way we, as human beings often cope with the mystery of our life is that we begin to weave meaning (also known as stories).
What happens next is the story turns into a home movie on auto loop within our brain.
It clouds and then shifts what we see as real and true. At its worst we mistake ourself for the story.
Question your story.
Ask yourself who you would be without the thought, idea or story running wild in your mind.
Over the last several years I’ve questioned my own ideas and today my mantra is,
“This is my dream, I decide what happens in it.”
I’m bringing you value today by sharing one of my tools with you, linked here.
You can use it to explore and uncover what you already know but have maybe hidden from yourself.
You can use it to get in touch with the teacher within you.
This is the only work that can’t be outsourced.
We don’t go to the gym and ask the trainer to do our push ups for us.
Exploring our inner world and tuning into the whispers of our heart is something only we can do for ourselves.
Lucky for us, we begin again and again in every moment that we empty ourselves. Instead of blocking the moment we allow the seeds of opportunity that are right in front of us to take root and grow.
The clarity and freedom we both seek is found when the noise of the mind quiets to a dull roar and the body relaxes into the joy that is found within the moment, within this very day.
It happens when we open our hearts and allow our Spirit to be stirred awake.
